A formula to help us feel more relaxed and centered. This calming blend has herbs that soothe the nervous system and calm the body, and can aid in improving sleep, particularly helpful during those wakeful nights with baby. This ghee tastes like brown butter and chamomile tea and is a creamy and smooth treat!

Add a teaspoon to your coffee, tea, toast, oatmeal, or favorite snack, (like a date!), or just enjoy it by the spoonful. Also delicious melted and added to smoothies. Amazing as a wholesome frosting for cupcake or pancakes. Babies under one year should not eat raw honey. 

Allergen information: Contains dairy. Ghee (extra clarified butter) is made by removing milk solids, casein and lactose, from butter. Some individuals who are otherwise dairy-free may tolerate small amounts of ghee without issue.

Shelf Life: Best enjoyed within 3 months of opening. Refrigeration not necessary; ghee is spreadable at room temperature. However refrigeration can extend shelf life up to one year.
